PDB 500 HotSwap
The PDB 500 HotSwap has two battery inputs and four power outputs, plus regulated supplies for onboard electronics. Ideal-diode controllers combine the inputs, so one battery can keep the system powered while the other is replaced.

Yes. Two PDB 500 HotSwap boards can be combined for an eight-motor system. Contact us for an application-specific connection diagram.
Either battery can be disconnected and replaced while the other keeps the system powered. Reduce the load first: the remaining input then carries everything. The Quick Start Guide gives the procedure.
